Built a fully offline RAG pipeline from the ground up — 7,617 transcripts ingested, 121,199 chunks, and 120,371 BGE-M3 vectors in ChromaDB (99.3% batch success) — with a three-tier auto-detecting LLM engine (Gemma 3 4B / Qwen 2.5 1.5B / Gemma 2 2B) hitting 1.2–2.9s responses on heterogeneous hardware. Ran 50+ stakeholder-discovery interviews across New York City schools as I-Corps Entrepreneurial Lead, and presented at the State University of New York (SUNY) AI Symposium and the Katz School Symposium.

Built automated ETL pipelines (Python, Pandas, SQL) consolidating 26 Excel sources (~20,918 records) into a PostgreSQL master database — 73% deduplication to 5,556 verified records at 99%+ integrity — plus a natural-language query interface for non-technical staff.
